We stand behind every piece we make. If something isn't right with your grillz — the fit, the finish, a setting — bring it back to us and we will make it right.
We do not issue refunds. What we do instead is fix it, remake it, or adjust it until the piece is correct. Our work is guaranteed, not our customers' second thoughts.
Gold and stone prices move daily, so we don't publish fixed prices. Every piece is quoted the day you order, based on karat, tooth count, style and current market. Contact us and we'll give you an exact figure.
We ship you a mold kit. You take the impression at home, send us a photo so we can confirm it reads clean, then mail it back. Your piece is cast, hand-finished and set, then shipped fully insured. Typically two to four weeks from an approved mold.
Everything is solid 10K, 14K, 18K gold or .925 sterling silver — never plated. Remove your grillz before eating or sleeping, brush and floss normally, and clean the piece regularly. Store it in the box it arrived in.
